Refund policy

 

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for returning products correctly and on time. The costs and risks of the return shipment are borne by the customer, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We can then evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Sale items and gift cards unfortunately cannot be returned.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately once the return has been accepted.

 

14-Day Legal Withdrawal Period in the EU
Without prejudice to the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refund
When we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the return has been approved. Upon approval, you will be automatically refunded within ten working days via the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
