Shipping

At Zuffenparts, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery time is within 7 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your location and any delays with the carrier.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply during promotions or for orders above a certain amount (if applicable).

  • Shipping Partners: We ship with reliable partners such as PostNL, DHL, or UPS.

  • Import Duties: International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code to follow your shipment.

Returns

Not satisfied? No problem. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

  • Return requests must be submitted in advance via info@zuffenparts.com.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping and any associated costs, unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions

  • Electronic parts or specially ordered products cannot be returned unless they are defective upon arrival.

  • Refunds

    Once we have received and inspected the returned items, you will receive a refund via the original payment method within 7 business days.
